Starting in August, your Poli invoice becomes simpler to understand.
Today, the WhatsApp (Meta) usage cost and the Poli platform cost come together in a single payment slip. Starting in August, this will be split into two separate slips, one for each part. This way, you can see exactly what you're paying for, and to whom.
And the best part: you don't need to do anything. No credit card registration, no changes in Business Manager, no technical setup at all. Poli continues to handle all the intermediation, just like it does today, the invoice just arrives more organized.
Below, we answer the most common questions about this change.
Why is my invoice now split into two slips?
Until now, the Meta cost (WhatsApp usage) and the Poli cost (platform) came summed up in a single slip, including Credits in the item description.
Starting in August, this will be split as follows:
- Slip 1 — Meta usage: what you consumed in messages the previous month, charged according to Meta's own pricing table. See the official pricing table here →
- Slip 2 — Poli platform usage: users, channels, bot, CRM, Broadcaster, and Credits for other items (contacts, AI events) — everything no longer related to Meta templates, since those are now paid directly to WhatsApp.
The goal is simple: more clarity about what you're paying for and why, with no hidden cost inside another.
Will this increase what I pay?
The Poli Credits have been reviewed in concept, value, and quantity, since they no longer need to cover Meta template payments. The new amount was sized to cover your normal routine usage, based on your usage history on the platform.
In practice, the total amount tends to stay similar or even lower than usual, partly because Meta offers discounts and incentives on some message types, which now apply directly to you under this new model.
Do I need to do anything on Meta or with my card?
No. You don't need to register a credit card, access Meta's Business Manager, or change any technical setup. Poli continues to handle all the payment intermediation, exactly as it does today — the only change is that the invoice arrives organized in two parts instead of one.
Where can I see how many credits I have on my plan?
The new concepts and values for Poli Credits are detailed here: Poli Credits System →. There you'll find how the new amount was calculated and what each Credit covers on the platform.
