How to Send a Bulk Message Campaign

 

Bulk messaging is a practical and efficient way to reach multiple contacts at once, ensuring faster communication and greater impact for your campaigns. Below, you’ll find a detailed step-by-step guide on how to set up and send a bulk campaign through the platform.

Step-by-Step Guide to Create a Bulk Campaign

 

 

  1. Access the bulk messaging menu
    Go to the megaphone icon in the sidebar.
    When you click it, you’ll see a panel with all previously created bulk campaigns.
  2. Create a new campaign
    Click “Create new campaign”.
  3. Select the official channel
    You will be asked to choose an official WABA (WhatsApp Business API) channel. This step is mandatory to validate and properly deliver the bulk messages.
  4. Choose the template
    Select the message template you want to use. Make sure it has already been approved by WhatsApp.See how to create a template here

 

Configure campaign details

    • Message body: personalize the content of your bulk message.
    • Responsible user: choose who will execute the campaign.
    • Schedule: send immediately or set a specific date and time.
    • Import contacts: upload your contact list in .csv or .xlsx format.
    • Tags: decide whether to automatically add a tag to all contacts receiving the campaign.
  1. Review and confirm
    Double-check all information and click Send.

 

Sending Limits

  • Up to 1,000 messages per day: initial limit for managers.
  • Automatic expansion: if this volume is maintained for 3 consecutive days, the limit increases to 10,000 daily messages.

 

Important Notes

  • Bulk campaigns require prepaid credits.
  • Credits are deducted from your account when the contact receives the message on WhatsApp.
  • Make sure your contact list is updated and well-organized to avoid errors or wasted credits.
