  • Access to the Poli Service Panel.
  • Registered and active contacts in the channel

  • The Broadcast Suggestion is displayed inside the chat panel under the button Open Broadcast Suggestion.
  • It automatically suggests contacts who are inactive for a defined period (no interaction for X days or no purchase for Y time).
  • You choose the audience, select the channel and WhatsApp template, and send the broadcast message.
