Message scheduling in Poli: how to create and view

Currently, there are two ways to schedule messages on the platform: through the CRM module (Tasks) or directly through the chat window.

1. Scheduling via CRM (Flow) To schedule using the CRM task flow, access the Tasks menu.

2. Scheduling via Chat To schedule a message directly within a conversation with a client, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the chat of the contact for whom you want to schedule the message.
  2. Locate the calendar icon in the bottom right corner, near the audio button.
  3. Click the icon to open the scheduling window.
  4. Fill in the requested information:
    • Select the sending Channel;
    • Choose the User responsible for sending;
    • Set the Date and Time;
    • Select the message Template.
  5. Confirm the schedule.


How to view scheduled messages in Poli

Currently, you can view scheduled messages in two ways, depending on which interface you are using on the platform: the legacy interface or the new interface.

Access requirements

  • In the legacy interface, access to Flow (Poli’s CRM) is required to view scheduled messages.
  • In the new interface, Flow is not required — scheduled messages can be accessed directly from the chat.

Legacy interface

To view scheduled messages in the legacy interface, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the contact for which the message was scheduled.
  2. On the Chats screen, click on the contact profile to view more information.
  3. In the right-side menu, all scheduled messages for that contact will be displayed.



New interface

In the new interface, the process is even simpler:

  1. Open the chat screen.
  2. Select the desired contact.
  3. In the right-side menu, locate the calendar icon (next to the funnel icon).
  4. Click the calendar icon to view all scheduled messages for that contact.
