Additional Company Settings

 

In the Home page > My Company tab, you can view, edit, and manage your organization’s information and settings.
The menu is divided into 4 main sections:

 

Company Data

This section centralizes the main company registration details, such as:

  • CNPJ (Company ID)
  • Company name
  • Address
  • Main email
  • Company website
  • Contact email
  • Other relevant information

 

 

Plan Data

Here you can find the plans linked to your company and perform actions such as:

  • Requesting an upgrade or downgrade of the plan
  • Requesting cancellation
  • Managing linked channels and users

 

 

Financial Data

In this area, you will find information related to finances, such as invoices, payment methods, and billing history.

 

Actions

This section provides additional management resources, such as:

a) Mass chat closure
This feature allows you to close chats in bulk, filtered by a specific department and/or user within a defined period.

 

b) Conversation export request
You can apply filters by department and/or user, as well as define a specific period.
It allows exporting all company conversations into a .zip file, containing each chat individually in .CSV format (Excel-compatible).

 

Important notes:

  • After the request, chat processing will be completed and available only on the following day.
  • The file will be available for download for up to 24h.
  • The backup request can only be made once per month.
