1. For new registrations (First connection)

To connect a new Broker number to WhatsApp in Poli, follow the step-by-step guide below:

1. Access Settings In the platform's sidebar menu, go to Settings and then click on Integrations & Apps.
2. Start the Z-API integration Locate the option "Integrate your number with Z-API" and click on Integrate channel.

1. Fill in the channel details Enter the following information:
2. • Channel name
   • Users who will have access
   • Phone number to be connected
   • After filling in all the information, click on Create channel.
3. Connect WhatsApp to the channel After creation, a QR Code will be generated. On your mobile phone:
4. • Open WhatsApp.
   • Tap the three dots in the top right corner (Android) or Settings (iOS).
   • Select Linked devices.
   • Tap Link a device.
   • Scan the QR Code displayed on the platform.
5. All done! After scanning the QR Code, the Broker number will be connected and ready to use in Poli 🎉.

2. For already registered channels (Reconnection)

If the channel is already registered on the platform but appears as disconnected, you do not need to create a new one. Just redo the connection by following these steps:

1. Access the channel list On the Home Page, go to the Channels menu and click on Your channels.
2. Start the reconnection Locate the disconnected channel in the list, click the Edit button, and select the Connect option.
3. Scan the QR Code The system will display a new code. In your WhatsApp, go to Linked devices and scan the QR Code on the screen to re-establish the connection.
