To integrate Instagram with the Poli platform, you need to follow three main steps:

1. Create a Business Instagram Account

Make sure your Instagram account is set up as a professional/business profile.

2. Connect Instagram to your company’s Facebook Page

This step is mandatory for the integration to work correctly.

3. Connect Instagram to the Poli platform

After completing the previous steps, follow the guide below:

• Access the Poli platform
  Log in with your username and password as usual.

• Go to the home page
  Click on the house icon in the side menu to access the home screen.

• Open the Channels section
  In the menu, find the option “Channels” and click to view the already connected channels.

• Add a new channel
  Click “Add Channel” and then select the Instagram option.

• Fill in the required information
  Enter the necessary data (such as your Instagram account and access permissions) and follow the instructions displayed on the screen.

• Complete the integration
  After entering and confirming the information, your Instagram account will be connected and ready to use on Poli.
