How to register departments and assign users to them

 

Accessing the Departments Menu:

  • Go to the Settings menu in the system.
  • Then, navigate to General Settings.
  • In this section, you will find the Departments option. Click on it to open the department management page.

Creating a New Department:

  • Click the “Create new sector” button.
  • Fill in the required information:
    • Department Name: Choose a name that clearly identifies the department.
    • Description: Provide a brief description of the department’s function or purpose.
    • After filling out the information, click Confirm to finalize the creation.

Assigning Users to Departments:

  • To assign a user to a department, go to the Users menu.
  • Select the desired user and click Edit.
  • In the Department field, choose the department you created earlier.
  • Save the changes so the user is correctly linked to the department.
