How to register departments and assign users to them

Accessing the Departments Menu:
- Go to the Settings menu in the system.
- Then, navigate to General Settings.
- In this section, you will find the Departments option. Click on it to open the department management page.
Creating a New Department:
- Click the “Create new sector” button.

- Fill in the required information:
- Department Name: Choose a name that clearly identifies the department.
- Description: Provide a brief description of the department’s function or purpose.
- After filling out the information, click Confirm to finalize the creation.
Assigning Users to Departments:
- To assign a user to a department, go to the Users menu.
- Select the desired user and click Edit.
- In the Department field, choose the department you created earlier.

- Save the changes so the user is correctly linked to the department.
