Public Forms: Configuration, Personalization, and Publication
Agora, no Flow, é possível criar formulários públicos para incorporar em um site de forma simples. Para isso:
- Now, in Flow, it's possible to create public forms to embed on a website simply. To do this:
- Access the menu Settings > Forms and click Add.
- Choose the form type: Public.
- Select whether you want to create a Ticket or Opportunity form, and define the corresponding pipeline.
- You can choose to:
- Generate a public link for direct sharing;
- Embed the form on a website by copying the embed code.
- Choose the option that best suits your strategy and publish the form.
After configuring the form, the following will be automatically generated (as per your setup):
- A public link for direct sharing;
- An embed code for inserting the form into your website.

After the user fills out the form, a card is automatically created in the pipeline and stage previously configured during the form's creation. This card will contain all the information filled in by the user, facilitating the tracking and management of the support request or opportunity within the defined flow.
