In this tutorial, you will learn how to configure Poli Pay with PagSeguro, integrating your sales directly into the Poli platform chats. This integration will allow you to request payments within the chat screen and track order payments in real-time, providing a more practical and secure experience for both you and your customers.

We will guide you through the steps necessary to connect your PagSeguro account to Poli Pay, from accessing the credentials to setting up installments and personalizing the checkout.

Collecting the necessary credentials on PagSeguro 🌐

• Access your PagSeguro account.
• Log in.
• Take note of the login email; we will need it to create the integration!
• Access the Sales dashboard.
• Scroll to the bottom of the page.

• Select Integrations.

• If the business does not have any token generated, click on Generate token. If it already has a previously functional token, copy it and proceed to the connection on the platform.

• This will create a token immediately!
• • Copy the generated token.

Integrating with Poli 🔗

• Access Poli with a manager user account.
• Click on the Pay icon.

• Click on Settings.
• Then, click on Integrations.
• With the payment gateway determined, select Settings.

Connection 💻

• Enter the login email for PagSeguro.
• Enter the token collected from your PagSeguro access.

Personalization 🖌️

The payment gateway will display the information you fill in on your settings screen:

• Name: This should be your company's name. It will be displayed when making the payment, reinforcing payment security and personalizing your customer's experience.
• Photo Link: This field is optional. The selected photo will be your company's logo when your customer accesses the payment link.

• Installments: Determine the number of interest-free installments that your customer will be able to select at the time of purchase.

ATTENTION: The number of interest-free installments chosen in this configuration will be applied to all products registered in Poli Pay. You choose the maximum number of installments you want to offer, your buyers pay interest-free, and you absorb the cost of the installments.

With all items properly configured and personalized, click Confirm!

You may need to log out and log back in for the information to be updated in your browser. All set! Now you can start selling through Poli using Poli Pay!
