How to Purchase Credits on Poli

What are Credits

Poli credits are used for actions carried out through Poli channels, such as sending messages, creating templates, making calls, transcribing, and more. Each manager can track their purchased packages and credit usage directly on the platform.

Accessing the Credits Menu

You can manage your credits in two ways:

  1. Click the dollar sign ($) icon at the top of the screen and select “Buy Credits”.

 

 

Or go to the Settings Menu and click “Credits”.

Adding New Credit Packages

  1. Click the “Add Credits” button.
  2. Choose the type of subscription:
    • Monthly: package valid only for the current month.
    • Recurring: the package is automatically added every month to your plan, with automatic billing.
  3. Select the package that best suits your needs:
    • 100 credits – R$ 89.90
    • 500 credits – R$ 329.90
    • 1000 credits – R$ 479.90

 

 

Note: Every month, Poli provides 500 free credits, renewed on the first day of the month. They are non-cumulative, meaning unused credits expire at the end of the month.

Confirming and Making the Payment

After selecting the package, a new pop-up window will appear:

  • Choose the payment method: credit card, boleto, or PIX.
  • If using PIX or boleto, send the payment receipt to our Support or Finance channels so that we can activate your package immediately.

Monitoring Credit Usage

  • All users can track credit usage directly on the platform.
  • When your package reaches 80% usage, the system will send a notification, reminding you that it’s time to purchase more credits.
