How to Connect My Channels on Poli
In this section, you will have access to all available channel connections on the platform:

- Messenger (Facebook)
- Webchat (website chat)
Accessing Channels
In the Channels section, you can view the connection status of each channel contracted by your company.
The manager can connect, disconnect, and edit details such as phone numbers or linked pages.
Supervisors only have permission to view the channel status, without the ability to edit.
To add a new channel, click on + Add Channel and choose the one you want to configure:
WhatsApp Waba Connection
- Select the WhatsApp channel.
- Enter the channel name and a valid phone number.
- Click Save.
- Then, scan the QR Code to complete the connection.
Messenger Connection
- Click on + Add Channel and select Messenger.
- Click Connect: a new window will open asking you to log in to Facebook.
- Log in with a profile that is an Administrator of your company’s business page.
- Poli will display all business pages linked to your Facebook account.
- Choose the fanpage you want to integrate and set the channel name.
- Click Save.
Webchat Connection
- Select the Webchat channel.
- Define the channel name and the users who will handle conversations through it.
- The system will generate a script to be inserted into your website’s source code.
- Once the script is added to your site, Webchat will be active for customer service.
Instagram Connection
- Select the Instagram channel.
- Make sure you are logged in both to the business Instagram account and the corresponding Facebook business page.
- Click Connect Now.
- The system will open your Facebook account to grant permissions between Meta + Poli and your Instagram channel.
- Select the Instagram account and the corresponding Facebook page.
- Enable all requested permissions.
- Click Save to finalize the connection.
This way, you can integrate and manage all your company’s communication channels in one place within the Poli platform.
