
Upon entering Poli, you will find on the left sidebar the icons representing the platform's main areas. Each one provides quick access to a specific function:
Home/Dashboard Icon: Leads to the main panel with an overview of your account and shortcuts to the most used functions.
Chats Icon: The hub where all unified customer interactions are located — including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and other integrated channels.

Bot Icon: Area for creating and managing chatbots and self-service flows, configuring automatic responses and rule-based actions.

CRM Icon: Poli's CRM, for managing customers, companies, pipelines, cards, tasks, custom fields, and the entire relationship history.

Campaigns Icon: Tool for creating and sending message campaigns to segmented contacts, ideal for promotions and announcements.

Finance Icon: Financial module where you can control credits and payments within the platform.

Reports Icon: Section for analyses and metrics that show the performance of interactions, campaigns, and activities carried out.

Settings Icon: Space to adjust account preferences, integrations, user permissions, and other administrative options.
Contacts Icon: Complete list of all contacts registered in your Poli account, with details, interaction history, and management options.
