In this article, you will learn how to change the profile picture of the WhatsApp channel in Poli. This is the image that the customer sees when starting a conversation with your WhatsApp number connected to the platform.

• Access the Poli platform
• In the side menu, click on Settings
• Select the Channels option
• Go to Your channels
• Locate the WhatsApp channel you want to edit
• Click on Edit

In the channel profile, click the pencil icon next to the current photo
Select the new desired image and confirm the change

Done! The new profile picture will be applied to the channel.

Use high-resolution images to ensure proper display on WhatsApp
Prefer square logos to avoid unwanted cropping
