If needed, simply click “Clear filters” to reset the search.
2. Creating a New Contact
- You can manually add new contacts, similar to how it is done on the chats screen.
- During registration, the manager can define:
- Which agent the contact will be assigned to.
- Which contact list (wallet) the contact will belong to.

3. Importing and Exporting Contacts
- Export:
- Allows you to download an Excel file containing all registered contact data.
- The exported information reflects exactly what was entered at the time of registration.
- Import:
- You can import contacts from an Excel file.
- Import rules:
- The file must be in .xls format.
- Maximum of 500 records per upload (if you have more, split them into smaller files).
- Columns “Name” and “Cellphone” are mandatory.
- If your spreadsheet uses different column names, the system will prompt you to match them during import.
- The “Cellphone” column must include:
- Country code (DDI) + Area code (DDD) + phone number
- Ninth digit (when applicable)
- No spaces, dashes, or special characters
Phone numbers will be imported exactly as they are entered in the spreadsheet.

- Name
- Phone number
- CPF

5. Contact Actions
Each contact has a three-dot menu (actions button) that allows you to:
- Open a chat with the contact (redirects to the conversations screen).
- Edit the contact’s information.
- Export the contact’s data to Excel.
- Delete the contact.

6. Removed Contacts
- When a contact is deleted, they will no longer be able to send messages to the channels connected to your platform.
- However, their data will still be available under Removed Contacts.
- In this section, you can:
- View the removed contact’s information.
- Restore the contact so they reappear in the main list.
With these features, the Contacts Agenda allows you to fully control the organization, import, export, search, and management of all contacts within your platform.
