How to Manage Contact Wallets

In this section, you will find the wallets of each user registered within the platform, provided this feature is enabled in the company’s default settings. To learn how to enable it, check our guide How to Activate Wallets.

 

To access the contact wallets, click on Settings on the platform’s Home page.

 

 

Then, in the General Settings menu, click on Settings again.

Locate the Wallets menu on the settings screen.

 

 

Inside the wallets section, you will see the list of all registered users along with the number of clients assigned to their wallets. You can also add a new user, similar to how it is done on the Chats screen and in the Contacts agenda on the manager’s dashboard.

 

The wallet is useful when your distribution settings are configured to ensure or prioritize that the contacts in a specific wallet are only handled by that assigned user.

The manager can also migrate clients from one wallet to another by clicking the red Migration button.

 

 

If you wish to see which contacts are in each wallet, select a user and click on their name.

 

You can migrate the contacts from one user to another, or even import an Excel file with numbers for that specific user, following the column rule with Name and Phone Number (including country code + area code). Choose the new user who will receive the wallet and confirm.
