How to block a contact on the platform
If you wish to stop communication with a specific contact, you can block them directly through the contact list. Follow these steps:
- Access Contacts: From the platform's home page, locate and click on the "Contacts" menu.
- Find the Contact: You can find the desired person using the following search options:
- Direct Search: Type the name or phone number.
- Filters: Filter by the assigned agent or service status.
- Edit Contact: Once you find the contact, click on the Edit icon.
- Block the Contact: On the editing screen, click the "Delete" (Excluir) button.
Note: By confirming this action, the contact will be blocked and will no longer be able to send messages to the platform.
