Configure your sales tool through your communication channels on Poli.

 

Here, the manager can configure the entire catalog for their sales tool through Poli's channels.
This item can also be accessed on the side panel of your chats under the dollar sign symbol, as shown below:

 

 

To configure your PoliPay, access the last option in Settings:

 

Main Method and Active Flags
In these flags, you configure which method will appear as a priority during the creation and sale of items.

If you have previously generated a token, it will be sent to your registered email for security. In this case, simply press "Send by email". If you prefer, you can also generate a new token, but it's important to note: in this case, the old token will stop working.

  • In the side menu, click on Catalog > Categories.
  • Click on Add Category.
  • Define the category name and description.
    • Example:
      • Category: Beverages
      • Description: Sodas, juices, and waters

 

2. Add Products
After creating your categories, it's time to register the products.

  • Access Catalog > Products.
  • Click the Add Product button.
  • Fill in the following fields:
    • Code: Can be a random number or your internal stock control code.
    • Product Name: Title that will be displayed to the customer.
    • Price: Unit selling price.
    • Quantity in Stock: Availability control.
    • Product Image: Insert the link to the photo to facilitate display (avoiding manual sending of media in conversations).
    • Description: Detail the item's characteristics.
    • Category: Select the category created previously.

 

3. Save and View
After filling in all the information, click Save.


The product will be available in your "Poli List" and can be viewed directly in the Chats screen, making it easier to send during conversations with customers.

 

Sending a Payment Request (Invoice) in the Chat
Inside the chat, click on the three dots ... on the right side of the screen and then click on Add invoice. Then, enter the amount to be charged and a description of what is being charged. Click on Generate invoice. Done! Your payment request will be sent to the contact as per your request.

 

Sending Products Inside the Chat
If you configure Poli Pay correctly, the catalog icon will appear in your chat's toolbar.

 

 

When you click the icon, your product list will appear, and you can navigate through it.

 

Choose which item to send or add it by clicking the + icon in the contact's cart:

 

 

You can also create and send a cart with products added in bulk.

 

Creating the Product Cart
To create a cart, you can either click the three dots ... and then select "Add cart", or click the "Add to cart" button if you have already sent a product in the chat. The cart icon will appear in the chat tools box. When you add products, the red circle will increment with the quantity of different products in the cart. The information will open, allowing you to add or remove items. If you work with shipping fees, clicking on Delivery Data allows you to add the address and shipping cost. Click Send Cart to send the order to the contact.

 

 

Wallets and Created Orders:
In the "My Orders" menu, you will track all data from orders generated via Poli Pay in the Poli Chat screen.

 

Order Status Flow:

  • When creating a purchase order in the chat: A new order has been created.
  • When the order is sent to the contact: A new order has been created and sent to the customer.
  • If the contact clicks the link and enters the checkout screen: The customer entered the checkout (clicked the link).
  • If the contact pays for the order, some time for analysis is required. During this period, the status will be: The order was paid and is under analysis.
  • After analysis, the order status becomes: Order was paid.
  • If the order is declined by the payment method: Order declined by the gateway.
  • If the contact does not pay for the order: Order not paid and the time expired.
  • If the payment method refunds the payment, you will see in the order list: Order was refunded by the gateway.
  • If the order is canceled by the manager, the status will be: The order was canceled by the manager.

 

Order Filters
You can filter orders by payment methods and also by specific method. Use the preview to view the order and more information, as well as to delete it.

 

Payment Status
Here you will find the processing of orders and their respective statuses in the wallet.
