Poli Node is a custom integration package developed for n8n, which connects your Poli account to your automation workflows.
With it, you can perform actions directly in your Poli account, automating customer service, communication, and contact management through visual and no-code workflows.

What can you do with Poli Node?

1. Sending messages via WhatsApp

You can send:

• Simple text messages
• Official templates]

You can send either through the contact ID or phone number.

2. Contact redirection

Allows you to forward conversations to other team agents directly through the n8n flow.
Use this feature to:

• Change the person responsible for customer service
• Automate redirection according to schedule, department, or business rules

3. Data listing

Poli Node also supports:

• Contacts
• Channels (WABA, Instagram, etc.)
• Tags
• Templates
• Webhooks
• Applications
• Accounts
• Teams
• Messages

These data can be used to feed other flows or display information.

4. Creating Applications, Webhooks, and Tags

You can:

• Create Applications (Apps) in Poli automatically
• Create Webhooks and define which event type you want to listen to (e.g.: received message, delivery, etc.)
• Create and add Tags in Poli

5. Receiving events with Webhooks

With Poli Trigger, your n8n flow will automatically start when an event happens in Poli.
