In this step-by-step guide, you will learn how to configure Poli Pay with Mercado Pago, integrating your sales directly into the chats on the Poli platform. This integration will allow you to request payments within the chat screen and track order payments in real-time, providing a more practical and secure experience for both you and your customers.

We will guide you through the steps necessary to connect your Mercado Pago account to Poli Pay, from accessing the credentials to the installment options and checkout personalization.

Collecting the necessary credentials on Mercado Pago 🌐

1. Access your Mercado Pago account.
2. Log in.
3. 1. Take note of the login email; we will need it to create the integration!
4. Access the Integrations Dashboard.
5. 1. Click on Create Application.

If you have multiple products or the same product integrated on different websites, it is recommended to have one application for each product/site.

1. Fill in all the fields and press the "Create application" button:
2. • Write an application name: Choose an identification name.
   • • Ex: Poli <> Your Company Name
   • Type of payment solution you will integrate: Choose the Online payment option.
