Service Protocols

In this section, you will find information about the service protocols created when a chat is opened:

By clicking on "Protocols," the following information will be displayed to search for a protocol and access the chat:

First, you can search for the protocol number that was created. This number is configured as a variable in the automatic messages in Self-Service. The search filters range from User to contacts.

You can also filter by the protocol type:

In the example above, only a single protocol is configured, meaning a random sequence of numbers will be created for each chat.
The types are:
- Year Month Day
- User ID
- Sequential
By clicking on the blue protocol number, the system opens the conversation for that chat.
